In 2022, A.H.C – AL-HASSAN Construction delivered full structural works for Eng. Tarek Shokry’s villa in Katameya Heights. The scope covered steel design and shop drawings for the mezzanine and swimming pool, followed by fabrication and erection of steel structures. Decking systems were supplied and applied with precision, ensuring durability, safety, and sleek architectural integration for residential excellence.
